THE MONETARY SYSTEM

This is incredibly simple. Say a member has a horse for sale (or you'd like to breed a mare to their stallion) and the price is $100, hypothetically speaking.

First you'll contact the other member either by PM, in the chatbox or by responding to their thread to express interest in the horse for sale or stallion up for breeding. 

Once an agreement is made, simply click the member's name > select GIVE DONATION > and fill out the amount (in this case 100) and the reason for the donation > buying horse name > submit!

The receiving member just has to accept it and that's all there is to it! Be sure to list your stallion's stud fees are their pages for future reference.

You can earn money from entering your horses in races, judging races (manually added by staff) and from writing articles/workouts. There also times where extra money can be handed out as a prize during an event.

Money is needed to buy furlong extensions, surface supremes, extra vouchers for original horses for the year and much more!

You may gift money that you have on hand to your friends.

Playing Games: $500 per new thread/reply (Found in the Games board)

Enter a Race/Judging a Race: $1,000 per 'repost/reply' (anyone that abuses this will receive a monetary ban for a month)

Write an Article: $5,000 (automatically added when you post a NEW thread in one of the following boards: The Gallop, Stable Interviews or Breeding News).

Write a Workout: $2,500 (automatically added when you post a NEW thread or REPLY in your respective stable board.)

Host an Event: $7,500 (automatically added when member starts thread in Event board. member hosts a giveaway, example: birthday bash, holiday related, etc.) You are allowed to award items from the shop, even if you do not have the necessary money to purchase them. Consider it 'sponsored' by the site!

HOTY Award Win: $10,000 per horse (PM Rendezvous with the names of your HOTY winning horses - I will respond to the HOTY thread itself if I've added the funds ahead of time)

Hall of Fame Inductee: $50,000 (PM Rendezvous once your horse has been inducted. horse MUST be inducted into one of the following: TW's Legend Hall, GHF's Hall of Fame or Breeding Hall of Fame - I will respond to the nomination thread itself if I've added the funds ahead of time)

Advertise the Site: $5,000 per ad posted (link the ad postings on the sites you advertised and send it to a staff member) 

Major Race/Series Placing: Please PM Rendezvous with the horse name, race name (series) and the placing.

These races are depicted with a (**) and can be found here with their respective purses. If I have added the funds ahead of time, I will tag you in the race thread.
