I'm impressed at our competitive group of three year old sprinters! The fillies were tough thanks to the hot pace set by Seattle Lightning and Storm Warning, but I imagine the boys will be able to come back at the girls once the distance lengthens back out again!

Tiny Dancer: This race was out of her league at this point in time. I really like her, but with such a sparse record and mostly undercard races, she really needs to inhabit the undercards for a bit to be able to run against this level.

Simba: He's a good little runner, but again, at G3 he's not really ready to face this established group of HOTY horses.

Hellfire: I think she was competitive here, but you probably shouldn't list that she's dirt-based on her page if you're going to run her in turf races

Fabled Dreams: This filly was a bit out of reach here I would suggest running her in stakes races to get her confidence up more. She is an amazing filly.

Italian Beauty: This field was large but she couldn't keep up here. She will pick up soon I just feel this race was a bit much for her with the massive field. She will bounce back.

Winning Fire: The filly fought hard but she was in a deadly dual with Luna De Solterra. She is an amazing filly but I do see her coming around shortly.

I felt that Gallant Pup needs distances longer than 7f. Maiden races are tough to judge because they are all at the same level of experience. Try running him at longer distances around 9/10f and see how he does there, I don't think he likes to shorten this much.

Beyond The Stars just isn't as HOTY savvy as the top three area, unfortunately. The top three are a bit more experienced and more likely to be more competitive when entered in the same field as one another. A dangerous mix.

Looking at the high class of the colts and fillies being entered in the TC and TT preps makes me feel really sorry for whoever is going to have to judge the actual races. These are some high grade horses, guys!
