A Look At Our Y18 Juveniles
ADALIA - Arlequinn X Paramore
The little black filly may be leased out to another barn for the season, but she is showing some extreme HOTY race potential. She has been throwing some killer workouts with some of the fastest times around the barn. Holly will have a nice running three year old, come Y19 when she takes this filly back in. She is going to be a killer racehorse.
BALTHAZAAR - Original Lines
Balto was given to Holly as a gift from a friend of hers whose barn hit the dust, so to speak. The fiery chestnut colt is one of the lively ones of the bunch. He is quite the impressive runner. He used to have 'gate shock' as his riders called it. He has completely turned around since falling into the hands of MA. He should have a strong juvenile season. He will be one to watch out for.
BIZARRE TWIST - Bizarre Act X Twista Luck
From a freshman sire and dam, the history of this filly's lines are pretty much a mystery. She has a faithful future on the turf. She is one of the fastest runners and blew by every other horse on the track during one of her workouts.
BONSAIA - The Underdog X Kiss The True Heart
The second Kiss The True Heart filly in MA's possession, other one being newly retired Tiny Dancer, Holly has high hopes for this killer-lined filly. Bonnie was born to impress. There are no flaws about her. She doesn't let other horses bother her. She does whatever is asked and she just seems to float down the track with each incredible stride.
BOOMERANG - Ryck O' Shay X De-Lovely
First colt of Holly's beloved broodmare, Boomer certainly is a stand out. He is highly impatient and likes to keep on his toes. He gets easily bored and when he's bored, he gets lazy. On the track he has great determination. There is just something about this colt. Holly believes he could have some excellent potential. We will just have to wait and see what this boy can do!
DASH OF MALIBU - Malibu King X Dashing in the Firelight
Dasher is certainly a force to be reckoned with. Holly has stated that he has been on fire lately and she can't wait to get him out onto the track. He is one of her strongest juveniles and will really show everyone what he's made of once he hits the track. He will be another one to look out for. He never disappoints. His competition will be kept on their toes for sure.
FEAR THE NIGHT - GM Halloweentown X Fleet Murderess
Fever is tall and daunting. She is easily mistaken for a colt. She aims to please. Holly has fallen hard in love with this filly. She is sure to turn some heads when it comes time for her to hit the track. She is quick and witty and tends to listen to her rider a little too much. She will be another high roller for MA.
FIRECRACKER - Super Sparky X Air Born Flyer
There's just something about Super Sparky foals that Holly just can't get enough of. She acquired a third foal of his in the New Year Sale. This striking chestnut colt is a persistent runner and has been having his half sister, Superb Curiosity, as his training partner. He is growing stronger and wiser each time he steps out onto the track.
GOLDEN TRUTH - True Italian X One With Gold
Most likely one of MA's final True Italian foals, Blondie is most certainly the tallest. She awkwardly grew much taller than expected. She uses those long legs to her advantage. This is another killer filly in the barn. She is super fast and incredibly strong for such a young horse. She still has alot of growing up to do, but she's definitely headed in the right direction.
GRAND REVIVAL - Revelry X On The Fly
Training with his older half brother Orpheus, Geno is growing into a stronger runner each day. The turf is where he calls home. He is always focused on the task ahead and never really had any distractions disturb him. He is a big and beautiful gray with a great attitude. He will have a good season.
JERSEY GLORY - Dreaming of Glory X Forgettaboutit
Jersey is a flawless gate breaker with a spitfire attitude. Holly has thought about slapping a surface supreme on this filly since she seems to be liking the grass track a little more. Will just have to wait for what it will bring.
KOSMODOR - Malibu King X Kalahari
Kosmo was near death when he was born and was practically raised by Holly and nursed off a surrogate since his momma didn't seem to take to hik too well. He has grown into a stunning colt. He is smart and highly focused on his running. He has had some incredible blow the house down workouts. He just may be the strongest juvenile MA has in the barn.
LADY PEGASUS - HoF Pegasus Wings X Alien Side Kick
Brought back to MA to run under their colors, this filly is one of Holly's favorites. She comes out of her most prized possession, her mare Alien Side Kick, and is a dangerous runner. She flies along strongly on both surfaces and barely ever breaks a sweat. She is phenomenal at leaving her competition in the dust. She will see HOTY races this year.
MAJESTIC FLING - Malibu King X Shot of Mocha
Another one of the Malibu King hopefuls, Jester is a pretty chestnut princess. She has thrown some flawless workouts and always gives that extra push in the end. She is a true champion in the making.
TAKE ME HIGHER - Immortal Flight X Higher Access
Tater is dauntingly tall and a phenomenal on the track. She is graceful and has every bit of spunk deep down inside her. She shows some excellent potential for HOTY runs. Will just have to wait and see what this filly can accomplish during her freshman season. Holly believes she is destined for great things.
TRULY CAPTIVATING - True Enough X Naturally Charismatic
True is just as her name states...captivating. She is a beautiful creature who runs flawlessly on all surfaces. She seems to prefer turf just a tad more but has run successfully on dirt in her prospect season. She has grown into a lovely filly and has a great racing attitude. She will continue to grow with ease this season.
WILD LOVE - Bizarre Act X Katerina's Love
This filly was named for her wild coloring. She continuously tries to dismount her rider. She just does it to try and get her way. When she's running she is all about business and being the strongest she can be. She still has alot of growing up and maturing to do but she is heading in the right direction.
