rende WIN Natural Defiance place Leviticus [nose] show Englishman The bottom two were dueling it out towards the end but alas Leviticus managed to just surpass Englishman today. SEASPRAY CUP GRADE FIVE SPRINT - G5 6F D
cruisey WIN Creekside PLACE Turbocharged SHOW Finding North fourth Impassioned Blood Against horses who really seem to like the sprint distance, I think Impassioned Blood just came up a little short today and wasn't able to explode like she normally does when finishing a race. Like her siblings I think she will enjoy the 7/8/9 furlong range a lot nicer. SEASPRAY CUP GRADE FIVE - G5 10F D
ripley Win. Persian Virtue Place. Seize The Throne SEASPRAY CUP GRADE FOUR SPRINT - G4 6F D Kenren

rende WIN Gambling Fortune place Blue Heroine show Evanescence Really nice group of horses! The win would have easily been Blue Heroine's if not for Gambling Fortune's powerful closing kick. SEASPRAY CUP GRADE THREE - G3 10F D Kenren
WIN Roussong PLACE Bulletproof SHOW Phoenix Inferno fourth Like A Lioness SEASPRAY CUP GRADE TWO SPRINT - G2 6F D
ripley Win. Simba Place. Dark Maiden Show. Rough Diamond Rough Diamond: She needed this race to get back in form, but she'll likely be back to her winning ways soon enough. SEASPRAY CUP GRADE TWO - G2 10F D

rende WIN Barely Smokin place Fleet Street show Natural Selection 4th Wyvern 5th Southern Peach 6th Barely A Sound Barely Smokin returns to his former glory with a spectacular win with eight lengths over Summer Dawn Treader Cup winner, Fleet Street. The stallion outdid his half-sister today and honestly, this race was all about the boys. Southern Peach, while an amazing mare, faced the same problem today as the top four - especially the top two - aren't to be taken lightly. Barely Smokin reminded everyone that he isn't meant to be underestimated - not today or ever. SEASPRAY CUP MILE - G3+ 8F D
WIN Coincidence PLACE Hellfire SHOW Everyday Smile fourth Night Visions

July Juvenile Dirt Faceoff - 12F D 2yo G5+G4 Kenren

cavallo win Foxy Passion place Creekside show Cataclysmic 4th Kallisto 5th Icarus Flight 6th All In Ugh. all amazing horses and any could have this win. I had to look at prior wins, what distances they won at, pedigree. For those who didn't win...it's not because your horse was failing or faltered, just couldn't have them all win. xD ORCHID CUP COLTS* - 7F D 2yo C
cruisey WIN Sunrise Spell PLACE Sweet Dreams SHOW Chocolatier fourth Tears Of The Sun fifth The Blue Alien DQ I Bet My Life (Ran @ BSD) The Blue Alien & Tears Of The Sun: I do really like them, however I think they need to be build up more in terms of HOTY and races in general. Tears of the Sun needs more confidence and maybe a 2-3 horse field to get those 4th and 5th place races off his record. ASCOT GOLD CUP* - G3+G2 12F T 3YOS
lolly WIN. Wild Havoc PLACE. Wire Tap SHOW. Knight's Ransom FRANGIPANI STAKES* - G3+G2 9F T 3YOS F

kenren WIN Notorious PLACE Devil's Flair SHOW Like A Lady fourth Melusine fifth Natural Selection sixth A True Hero seventh StarFire This is a BEAUTIFULLY competitive field! I felt that the bottom three faced some very tough, strong competitors this season in this first prep for the senior superstars series. At this point in time it was more than they could chew. I know this is hard to swallow with Natural Selection in particular, and I know he was brilliant last year, but he IS starting to get his legs back under him! And I believe he'll feel even more at home in the longer turf races. It's going to be a tough go with him, and he'll have to fight for every inch, but I think he'll look more himself by the end of the year! STARRY NIGHT STAKES* - G4+ 9F D 4YOS+ PREP FOR SENIOR SUPERSTARS SERIES
ripley Win. Barely Smokin (head) Place. Ultimate Revenge Show. Incognito 4th. Muggathugga 5th. Everyday Smile 6th. Flaming Confidenza Muggathugga: I really like him. He stepped into very deep company today and was just getting going at the end. The pace wasn't too fierce and he found himself stopped on the turn by traffic. He's definitely in the right company. He might be a really terrific runner in Y18. Everyday Smile: I really feel that she is a better distaff type runner. She strikes me as the type to get a little annoyed when things don't go her way. She's run very well in the filly/mare only races. Today just wasn't her day. Flaming Confidenza: I really like this mare, but I think she needs to get to Grade One and establish a strong racing foundation before she can compete at this level. She'd probably have to race 2x a month and continue on next year. I'm not sure if she'll ever be the type to take on and beat the top males, but I do see her as being a potential top distaffer if given the correct attention.

Week 4
Missile Stakes - G5 7F D
isa FIRST Chaotic Limitations SECOND Hellagood THIRD Winter Soldier Kindergarten Stakes - G5 7F T
rende WIN Kosoku place Darkness Falls show Wildcat King Hnngh. Darkness Falls loves this distance, but she had to also compete with two colts, one of which being Kosoku who has had time to mature from a lay-off. She set a fast pace today even for the likes of the lone 3 year old today. Try to keep them among fellow juveniles and they'll continue to be golden. Leaf Cup- G4 5F T
isa FIRST Faded Dreams SECOND Alchemy Alchemy seems to be tried and tested at longer distances, this seemed a bit short for him without more experience at this distance. Mercury Cup- G4 5F D Gate One:Sequin Stakes - G3 11F T
ripley Win. Incineration Place. Fantasy Island Show. Get Loose Fourth. Indian Night Indian Night: Ren you have two different preferred distances on his page. It's a little confusing. I didn't see him excelling at this distance today, maybe trying him in shorter undercard races will be your best bet until he gets more foundation under him. He has been lightly raced this year, in comparison to others and probably should do more running. Smiley Stakes - G3 11F D Kenren
WIN Gold Rush PLACE Fabled Dreams SHOW Call of Duty fourth Avengeable fifth Beyond Perfection Cairo Stakes - G2 6F D

WIN Wings of Jayde [nose] PLACE Game Over SHOW Witching Hour fourth Regal Rose Wings of Jayde used her strong closing abilities to power past Game Over just a nose at the end. There was a perfect pace set up for her to take the upset over Game Over. Witching Hour kept in front of Game Over throughout the race, maintaining a steady pace. Regal Rose took a beating at the start, and trailed a few lengths behind the field. She did her best to catch up but it just wasn't quite enough this time. Definitely work your way up with her slowly and she'll be better in no time! TURQUOISE SPRINT* - G5+ 5F T 3YO TURF TRIPLE SPRINTER CROWN
