win Seems Legit
place Aphrodite's Chant
This was a really close race; these two are very evenly matched. Seems Legit seems to be on an upward rise and I'd recommend sticking him in an HoTY race sometime in the next month to see how he does. Both have solid records and are great horses; Seems Legit just struck me today as the horse that would take this.
Cheetah Stakes - G2 9F T

Dry Your Tears had significant experience over Sophie despite them both racing at the G1 level. Not to mention that Dry Your Tears was eager for her first win of the year after something of a 'win-drought' in her career.

4th Eulogy Rise
Don't get too down about Eulogy's placing, I know all too well what it's like trying to shift an undercard horse into a more HOTY-savvy one. Just keep doing what you're doing, entering her in races (might want to try to see if Battlestone Downs has any 3 year old filly/mare restricted HOTY races) and building up her confidence, experience and track record. Unfortunately for today she was up against some pretty rowdy distance boys.
NIGHT STALKER LEGACY STAKES* - G5+ 12F D 2YOS

fourth In My Remains
fifth Classy Lady
Frosty why u gotta put two of your ponies in the same race gosh xD
Sammy this was a very tough and close race to judge. I really believe he will be a great horse, I actually really adore him. However the competition was tough and someone (two people actually) had to place out of the money. It all came down to pace and drive. The top three seem to really like the longer distances and thrive for that marathon pace, where I personally see In My Remains being more comfortable at the 9-10 or 10-11f distance. There's nothing wrong with him at all, but try him out more at a shorter distance and maybe even over dirt to see how he does!
also Scotia it was me who posted that edit in the entries xD
BOY'S PARTY* - G5+ 6F D 3yo C PREP FOR TRIPLE SPRINTER CROWN, STAR PARTY QUALIFIER

BOY'S FESTIVAL* - G5+ 6F T 3yo C PREP FOR TURF TRIPLE SPRINTER CROWN, STAR FESTIVAL QUALIFIER
ripley
Win. Deathflash's Truth
Place. Storm Warning
Show. Ruling Restraint
Fourth. Seattle Lightning
A major upset due to a rocketing pace up front between Storm Warning, Ruling Restraint and Seattle Lightning. Deathflash's Truth stalked and sat a perfect trip from the get-go and when his rider swung him out, his family's stamina kicked in. He barreled down the stretch to win by three lengths.
Some of these horses might need to be taught to not get in such speed duals as they all were cut throat types. While at the shorter sprint distances, it'll be down to who is the fastest, the longer races will come down to who possesses stamina and can withstand such a competitive level of competition.
GIRL'S FESTIVAL* - G5+ 6F T 3yo F PREP FOR TURF TRIPLE SPRINTER TIARA, STAR FESTIVAL QUALIFIER

WIN Amaris
PLACE Game Over
SHOW Witching Hour
FOURTH Moonstorm
FIFTH Spirit of the Angel
Moonstorm: She's a lovely filly, but she ran against some strong competition today. I think building up her confidence in HoTY races with less than 4 entries should do her good.
Spirit of the Angel: Another lovely filly, but she seems more geared towards undercards right now, Sammy. She's had a long break and after this tune-up race, she could be wonderful in undercards and potentially HoTY races as her season progresses.
