As always, another juvie gender-restricted races brings some great up and coming youngsters to the scene. Out of all the horses in the field, Amnesty had the most racked up experience not only at this distance, but even at the shorter distances. A truly versatile filly on the dirt that is not afraid to tempt fate. Ouro Lume led the pack for a good while starting a fast place before allowing Earthly Witch to lead the field towards the final stretch. Authentic Aura needs just a little bit more experience at the longer distances, with only running the distance twice @ 11-12 furlongs. Natural Defiance was inexperienced starting her career a little later in the year. At the stretch, Amnesty powered forward with ease.
